Who we are

What we collect

When you enquire, book a viewing or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your names, email address, phone number, your preferred date and what you tell us about your plans. If you go on to book, we collect the information needed to plan and deliver your wedding.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings.
• To plan and deliver your wedding if you book with us.
• To keep our own records and meet our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of our contract with you where you have booked.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the suppliers needed to deliver your day (for example a band or florist you have chosen), with our enquiry, brochure and viewing booking tools, and where the law requires it. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months if you do not book, and booking records for 7 years after your wedding to meet our legal and accounting duties.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do any of these, email us at events@theduneshotel.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
