The day itself
Can we have our ceremony outside?
Yes! Our outside courtyard is perfect for outdoor ceremonies (weather permitting) but we will always have a plan B for indoors just in case.
Do you host wedding open days?
Yes. Our wedding open days are a chance to explore the spaces, meet the team and picture how your day could look at The Dunes. Get in touch for upcoming dates, or book a private viewing on any day of the week.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes. The Dunes is pet friendly and dogs are welcome at weddings. Your coordinator will talk through the practicalities for your day.
Are fireworks permitted?
No. The venue is close to horses and the team take their welfare seriously. Cold sparklers and other alternatives are worth discussing with your coordinator.
How late can the music go?
Live music, a DJ or a sound system can run until midnight, and the bar is private with a late licence, so the evening winds down when it is ready to.

Do you allow outside catering?
As we have a top-class kitchen team and a state of the art kitchen on-site, we only allow in-house catering.
Can we bring our own wine?
Yes. Our no corkage policy allows you to bring your own wine and spirits without a per-bottle charge.

Rooms and the night before
Is there a discount on bedrooms for wedding guests?
Yes! We offer a discounted price on bedrooms for your wedding guests to book.
Is there separate accommodation if you want to stay apart the night before the wedding?
Yes. We have a separate hotel nearby, The Townhouse.211, that can provide rooms, food and drink.
Is the bridal suite included?
Yes. Every wedding package includes the bridal suite for your wedding night, and it has its own separate space for getting ready in the morning.
